The educational and professional journey of the Bologna Game Farm teams continues unstoppable. After the exciting experiences at Gamescom in Cologne, First Playable in Florence and Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, they will also be present at Milan Games Week & Cartoomics, Italy’s largest event dedicated to the world of gaming, esports, comics and cosplayers, which this year will be held from November 24th to the 26th, at Rho Fiera, also in the Lombard capital.

At the Milan event Indie Dungeon (Hall 13 booth C07/ E02), the most important showcase of video games made in Italy, returns, where we will find 4 winning teams from Bologna Game Farm, 3 from the second edition and 1 from the first, including:

  • Winners of the second edition: NonStudio with Handmancers, a humorous roguelike deckbuilder videogame; Kodama Studio with Ryoko, a scrolling adventure puzzle game with platform parts; Studio Pizza with Monster Chef, a roguelike hack and slash videogame with management components.
  • Winner of the first edition: Dreambits Studio with War of Wheels, a multiplayer videogame of fast-paced combat between realistic cars in a “medievalpunk” environment.

Handmancers, Ryoko and War of Wheels have been selected by IIDEA (Italian Interactive Digital Entertainment Association) in the area dedicated to the 10 most interesting Italian indie video games in development and will be on view at the IIDEA space.

Monster Chef has been selected among the five videogame finalists of the Red Bull Indie Forge, Red Bull’s project dedicated to Italian independent development studios, which supports them in introducing their titles to visitors and industry professionals, and will be visible at the Red Bull area.

Bologna Game Farm continues to concretely demonstrate its strong commitment to following its teams even once the acceleration program is over, in a path of both educational and professional growth that, as repeatedly stated, aims to bring to light the many talents in the industry by creating interesting opportunities to meet with publishers and industry insiders.

It will be possible to meet the teams from NonStudio, Kodama Studio, Studio Pizza and Dreambits Studio from Nov. 24th to 26th at the IIDEA booth and Red Bull area.
